With 10 years of experience in Food and Beverage management both within Restaurants and Hotels, Dario Schiavoni’s career spans between Rome, London, Algarve, Shenzhen, Beijing and Tokyo.
Relocating to Beijing in early 2017, for the opening of Bulgari Hotel Beijing, he acted as Director of Restaurants. During his time, Dario showed great leadership and drove the hotel F&B to the highest level. After just one year, he grew as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage managing all the outlets of the hotel.
Since 2020, he has successfully run the hotel bars at Bulgari Resort Dubai. The Bulgari Bar has been awarded as one of “The World’s 50 Best Bars 2022”. Schiavoni also curates the Bulgari Symposia Mixology initiative hosting the two-night events across all the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts.
